I believe ur clean bro, after many years (and with a good base B4 juice) your body won't change how much muscle it holds unless you stop training or take a lot of drugs. It then depends upon how lean you want to be. Also the quality you can get. Dexter Jackson told me once quality doesn't kick in until 30, better at 35 and 40 it's great (look at Ronnie). That's just an example but you have the look of many years of training that's why you should stay as lean as you can. Because it's a 1 in 10,000+ look that hardly anyone has and takes years to gain.
the reasaon you should always stay lean is because mutation can not happen if you are not lean ,,only the fellas who are lean can actualy grow the muscle itself and not the shit the muscle is sit around,,its like empty swimming pool .....you put water in you fill it right? it get to a dandy point where its all nice and comfy and you can sit and relax on your fun noodle whiel drinking pina colada,,but what happen if the swimming pool is full and you continue to pump in water to the swimming pool? doesnt sound fun anymore right? flip you over and no more pina colada
the moral of the story is,,,you should always start from the lean point and then build on it ,,you dont need no dianabol and anadrol and testosterona 2 gram a week if you are a walking fatzo in bodybuild terms standing 15-20%...infact you dont need it even if you are 12% ,,you shoudl only start using the growing products when 6-8%....prefrebly 6-7%...then! you will blow up,,make sure you start very cut and as dry as you can....not stage dry but lean and drier than the average gym rat....
so,,trenbolona ace testosterona prop ,,eq and gh to get you LEAN first...then when you are lean as in sub 7% you kick in testoerona long ester 1.5 gram into body weekly with higher dose anabolics ...later on you increase gh doses because you need insulin so you become bigger thicker while remaining lean as in SINGLE DIGIT,,

bodybuilders realy walk around 6-12% 12 considered fat ,,most bodybuild who go places never even get to 10% ,,they go from 4 to 8 and then back to 4 and then back to 8,,they run all years between 4 to 8 % depending on the goal ahead...
the only way to be 8% and large as in massive as in thick as in 230 240 250 260 270 280 is INSULIN inaddition to the higher doses of gh and rest of the aas mentioned
