6.3 274 lbs
18 %   
23 inch arms
36 inch waist
 30 inch quads
18 inch calves
18 inch forearms
i dont know what you mean by strength   I can bench 500 on a good day but rarely bench over 335 for sets 
I can squat 600 and leg press over 1g
I curl 100 dumbbells and have curled over 235 on a easy curl bar.    I do the rack which weighs 225 for pull downs tricep extention etc etc.

 I currently walk/ jogged 90 mins a day on the treadmill.   I also walk 2 km after dinner.
