Notice the city paid for six construction workers, a bulldozer and a cop to collect basketball poles!!!!!!.

To the owners chagrin he was LIED to and his property "stolen". Many of you keep to this belief you will get a lawyer, you will sue, you will this or you will that. It is all MOOT now as your former government (now DICTATORSHIP) will do whatever it wants to you without you being able to do a thing in return.Bit by bit they are putting the pieces in place for complete control over your lives.

This does sucks, but to make it a sticky?

No ones rights were violated, it's dumb but really not a big deal.  It was in the municipalities right of way, they should have moved it off the street.

I agree, we got about six times more laws than we need.  It's not up to the police to judge which ones are valid thought...

What a disgusting thing to say.  The taking of the poll was stupid, but they aren't making it up themselves.  They were told to go take it out.  They did their job, if they don't do their job they'll probably be fired.  Would you pay their salary for disobeying?  

Then to talk about cops being shot if they enforced laws, what a horrible scum bag YOU are.

There is supposed to be reason, common sense, discretion, and reality at play in how things are enforced.  

And by the reasoning of this bitch cop - why ddnt she tear down peoples' mail boxes along the road as well?

No they didnt do their job - the guy objected to the letter and it was before an agency that never got back to them before a determination was made.   And as for my statement about cops - it is what it is.  i'm stating a fact.    If every law, reg, rules, etc were enforced 24/7 - cops would be hanging from poles all across the country - and for good reason!


We are supposed to be a free nation, not a police state subject to the whims and vebearing busy bodies like yourself wh want to tell everyone how to live, what toeat, what to do etc.   


Personaly, I wish he took his cain and knocked that bitches' teeth out and then laid down on the floor and said "take me to jail".   In a sane society - she would say "Sir, can you get your lawyer on the phone so I can confrm this matter is in dispute presently and/or do you have a copy of the letters you sent disputing this?"   If he did that - she should have moved on.
