Whats work for me might not work for you, everybody are different! That's total bullshit! Ever human body is the same, equal to rats pigs etc...same muscles, same fibers, same bone, etc etc etc...
What work for me, what a bullshit...probably he upped the doses when he made his gain and think its the half rep training technique. There is no fuggin secret to build muscle, you just pick up a dumble and lift it until u get tired, then rest, then repeat...works for all, everybody, alles!
Training for strength, endurance, or speed is another thing...but build muscles, that's the most simple thing u can do...half rep my ass!
