How do you get so skinny with no abs? That's gotta be hard to do..

I was holding some fat over my abs. It's almost gone now though. The stomach is looking washboard again.

Anyway, the truth about that picture is, when I took that pic I had just got done with an epic backpacking trip for 3 weeks around Southeast Asia. So I wasn't eating right at all for about a solid month, trekking through mountains and jungles and riding a motorcycle through villages and other crazy shit. So I lost lots of weight. My weight went from 170 down to 157.

On top of that, I had just come off a 3 month layoff from lifting weights. I had only been training for about a week at that time, so my muscles were just starting to come back alive.

But now i've been consistent in training again for about a month and i'm bringing it up a lot. I'm gonna do what Kevin Levrone did and pull a transformation. Except unlike him, I actually will do it "naturally".

That picture was taken at a low point for me physiquewise, it'll be no problem for me to bring it up in about 2 months.

At 2 different times in my life I looked pretty fucking good, without any gear at all, so i'm gonna do it again right now.

More pics coming soon, I'm gonna look like Marcus Ruhl on the JUNE FIRST GETBIG BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP.

I don't know what it is in pounds but I put 5 big water jugs in a huge backpack and pump out 12 pushup between chairs.

I don't work out in a gym. I work out at home weater and sandbags and water bottles and shit like that.

I lift weight too every time but I incorporate other implements as well.
