for you guys using DNP, how much did you use and did you really have no energy to train ?
I used it 2 years ago and it gave me some sides but I used keto diet with it and didn't really feel the rise in temperature or low energy.
didn't feel like it did much actually
but 2 friends of mine used it and they got fucking RIPPED !! and FAST !
and they did 2 cheat meal per week also
and they were training 2 times a day too, they had no sides at all just really hot and sweaty
I used only 200mg per day myself, and got some major rash and a metalic taste in my mouth
