no just sometimes really stupid. I didn't research much about it. The person that gave me them, was someone I've trusted for 10 years, I think he was trying to kill me (kidding). That time I was completely obsessed about being 110 pounds.
Amazing you were willing to mess with DNP based on some "gym-friend" giving you some pills.

I've been dieting since mid January for a show in October. Won't even use a fatburner until I'm very lean. I'd rather do that than run 9 different cutting drugs.

I think I might use it at 200mg a day once I get to 6%, to push things further

good idea. you'll be happy with the results from 200.

I don't know, I just know I used to try to prep in 14-16 weeks, and no matter what, the last 6 weeks were insane amounts of cardio, fat burning products and starving to get in the shape I needed.

I'm trying this 8-9 month slow diet with lots of medium and high carb days in the beginning. I'm down 23lbs and I just added cardio this week at 45 mins 3X this week. The true test will be to see how hard I can get without really suffering or adding drugs in the next 2 months. If all goes right, I'll barely use clen and T3, ECA's (and I'm definitely NOT using DNP).

The goal is to be ready 3-4 weeks out and grow into the show the last 2 weeks, and not use diuretics either.

Stavios,

Let's say it does 150% beyond your wildest dreams - a miracle.  You come in 100% perfect.  What does that mean for you?  ie; what's the prize?

What is DNP ???

2,4-Dinitrophenol

DNP is primarily used for scientific research and in manufacturing. It has been used at times to make dyes, other organic chemicals, and wood preservatives. It has also been used to make photographic developer, explosives, and pesticides.

So, IF he achieved 100% perfection, what does that mean?  A trophy? Prize money? Prizes? An invite to the Olympia? What?

ECA makes me FUCKING anxious !!!

and even if I take it early in the morning I can't sleep at night

I have to take some days off once in a while

thats cause of the cardio vascular constriction, causing a depletion of oxygen, next thing you know your in cardiac arrest

honestly im no pro or anything and all the competitors on this board seem cool but if you cant reach ur goals off of tren and gh then theres really no point in doing what your doing, you are causing irreversible harm to yourself most likely.

LOL, come on!!

He's a bodybuilder!!

What do you have from a night of heavy drinking, and that 3-4 times a week? A pack of cigarettes a day? McDonald's breakfast?

If he is happy with his results and f he doesn't kill himself in the process of getting lean he will be, it is fine for him.

People usually rarely think of the long term consequences.

If not overdosed DNP isn't really outright toxic, an organ killer or very dangerous. DNP was pulled as an Rx weight loss med for one reason - the chance of cataracts. Very low incidence but still.

DNP used to make explosives... so that means you will explode your organs or what? Who gives a shit what else it's used for.

I wouldn't use DNP, but only because of the small cataract risk. Not because it will kill me.

Here was the best short read on the history of DNP I've seen - http://www.quackwatch.org/02ConsumerProtection/FDAActions/bachynsky.html .

There was also some decent stuff back on Misc.Fitness.Weights back when Duchaine and a few others were reintroducing it, but it's become hard to search the newsgroups now.

As far as who I'd trust now for relatively safe info - Lyle McDonald and a few at his forum, quite a few folks have played with it over the years there. It's the monkeyisland.lylemcdonald.com forum, not his softer forum.
