Savage vs Hogan at WM5. He was phenomenal in that match especially with the ring psychology with the "cat & mouse" thing at the beginning of the match. He played the crowd hard, made Hogan look like gold and went out with more noteriety then before he went on whilst raising Hogan's face level.

Nice choice...For me it was vs Jake on an episode of Saturday Night Main Event for the IC title.

Scotty Flamingo or Kerwin White!  ;D

Bret Hart without a doubt, the name speaks for itself.

I also had a mild appreciation for Brad Armstrong when i was a kid (had an OK program with Pillman), for the life of me i have no idea why! Savage was pure gold when he was let loose, he had "it" when it came to the business and was rightfully allowed to roam the top of the mountain on more than 1 occasion. Its a shame that in hindsight his WCW tenure, as is the case with most guys, was meaningless.

Kevin Von Erich

But instead of flying elbows it was dropkicks, leg locks, and the iron claw (which was kind of gimmicky but worked great on the playground)  :)

If you had a tag team match you could always borrow from the Steiner brothers, they were doing some amazing moves back in the 80's.

Honorable mention to Macho Man, Dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair.

Heenan,
Storm,
Hennig,
Savage,
Flair,
Dynamite,
Steamboat,
Benoit (his ring work),
Even Hogan when I was a little kid.

I don't know that I could narrow it down to just one, or even four.

Daily trivia:
Murdoch is our own Karl Kox's Godfather.

FYI: I normally refrain from posting what little personal info I know/have about members, but Karl mentioned this himself at least several times on the public forums.

I remember that! November 1986 at the Los Angeles Sports Arena. That's what started the face turn on Jake. Great match!

Mine is the career-ending match he had with the Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 7.

Who hit his finisher FIVE TIMES but fails to get the win. And, of course, there's the mushy part where Macho King reunites with Elizabeth after Sensational Queen Sherri kept kicking him, after he lost the match.

It's a shame they put him out to pasture in the mid 90's..he could still go.

Timmy always liked Yoko as well. I remember his debut and was like who is this guy? He and Master Fujison. He was great. I'm still suprised he never killed one of those poor bastards he squashed during those scrub matches. Anyone think Cena could FU him? I bet anything Hulkster could have slammed him. Not like Luger. A real slam.
I remember when he put the flag over Duggan and squashed him. He main evented back to back WM's..a forgotten great IMO. Before he got really fat he was pretty good worker. I think he crushed Undertaker's orbital and that's why he wore that mask. He was pretty heavy.. Cena might have gotten him up when he was lighter, but I don't think he could execute the move.

Yokozuna's agility was remarkable for a guy that weighed 550lbs. His belly to belly and leg drop just stunned the crowds.

I attended the UK tour when Yoko had not long been in the Fed, he was getting a huge push and fought Hacksaw in the main event. Lex was backing him in the corner and as expected they both started to assault Hacksaw causing a DQ. To my everlasting joy Mr P. came down and cleared house.

Once the show finished and the cameras went off Hacksaw grabbed a mic and said that because we deserved it he wanted the match to continue. I was screaming only as a kid would, and they went through the old throwing of the powder routine by which Hacksaw would move out of the way and then he hit Yoko with the running clothesline for the win.

Brilliant.

If you're referring to the Ultimate Warrior, he put himself out to pasture by not showing up to work.
