Truth: you can accurately judge the character a woman by the way she washes dishes.

If every dish is spotless upon completion, not a speck of food to be found - that woman is a keeper.

LOL interesting... what about obsessively washing the dishes before it goes in the dishwasher? don't get me wrong it's spotless... but sometimes, I try to be nice and fill the dishwasher... she systematically take stuff out and re-rince it (here goes the trust LOL)

Thank you very much!!! every bit of positive feedback is very motivating to me.

I would be lying if I said dieting doesn't scare me a little. My main concern is maintaining my level of intellect at work; my job is very demanding mentally and if I don't perform it shows very quickly and my staff will calls me out on it.

I guess needing more time could be mainly for the mental aspect, which might be biggest factor for a noobs like me, not the amount of lb that can be burn per week... I'll bring it up on sunday...

I also chose that particular show because that time of year, taking a week off before the show should not be an issue.
