I agree, though most people don't like to open up and state their feelings and attitude towards life that easily. There are a ton of people on here who I think make bodybuilding look bad just with their own little atmosphere of aversion they carry around with them, and it effects the positive bodybuilders very badly. These people need to be stopped in order to save the only cult I know.

You and Alex have a difficult task ahead of you, but you have my valueless support.

One of the topics that KING and I discussed is traviling around the country in a HUMVEE. We would visit every GetBiger personally and give them a consultation of what being positive entails. This would be like a "Positive Intervention" and motivation session. USA in 2011, Canada, Spring of 2012 and Europe-TBA.

Well, we can't give away the cow! We were thinking of starting a "ZaneHaven" type of spa or maybe a weekend retreat in Sedona. We would have guest speakers and of course tie this in with bodybuilding/weight training. The experience as a whole would circle around being Positive and it's effects on the mind, body and soul. GetBiggers would get a 15% discount and a free towel (embroidered with the persons screen name)

I, of sound body and mind, solemnly swear, to be as positive as I can be, at this very moment of time. I feel the negativeness dripping away, like a ship sailing into the horizon. My body and mind are being cleansed and are now a blank palate for which the positive aspects can paint a beautiful picture on. I am me, I am positive!!

You should never eat after yard work, it can cause bloat. Wait one to two hours.

Well, this spelling of the good Dr's name is rather snarky, but he very well could be. I don't "run" with Dr. Fist, no one runs with him. He is a loner who has a "crew" for the time being and then leaves.
