its all about combinations and temperatures of food. if you dont folow this order youll be sluggish. i know it seems rediculous to some because its beleivable that no matter the combination youll feel the same some may think before hand.
never drink cold juice in the morning
always warm it up in a pot drink it down, then youll have the urgent need to take a shit
once youve accomplished this then eat a high calorie meal, what ever you like to eat. for me i had some wonderful chocolate cake
then i EASILY did 10 sets of dips and one arm pushups
then i was kinda fatigued and posted on the internet and warmed up some more juice and maybe get another 10 sets befor i head off to work
but at work ill eat a shitload of beans with some brown sugar and tomato mixed in
