The dumber the person the bigger the chips. Did you forget George Bush...The GIANT chips that imbicile required were too big to be implanted in his head, so they attached them to his back and fiberoptically wired them to his brain. Amazing!!!. I've never known a person to wear their glasses that far back on their head,...but hey what do I know...Maybe he has an invisible set of eyes back there that need UV protection.
