My back was legitimately injured at work. I've been working for almost 30 years without a vacation. I have posted pics of myself. I used to be big.
During this time of trial, I am forced to take a substantial ammount of time off from the gym. As soon as my case settles, I want to gain my size and cuts back ASAP. I will have money.
What would you suggest? I have a good solid base. I hit the weights for over 10 years without ever touching a thing, not even a supplement. I am 5'6'.
I was 189 @ 8% bodyfat. It was the best I could do without juicing up too much. I want to give a go to Tren and GH based on your advice.
I will be 49 this year. I currently weigh 178 @ 11-12% bodyfat. Like I said, I will want to get the size back with every workout. I know you would put GH in the equation.
How much for a man my age, how often? I also have blood work done and can get a script just because of my age and the extreme stress I have tolerated for so long. I am purposely down-sizing for court, but when its over, I don't want to waste any time or fuck up my kidneys too much.
I've been on light doses of Pain killers to get through the day.
When you have the time, I hope you can get me a quick answer.
