Beach, you live in Hawaii.  333 believes the State of Hawaii is lying about having a record of Obama's birth.  Apparently you can get a certificate of live birth by just requesting it, and somehow they put a city in Hawaii on there.  Have you known of any scams like this going on in Hawaii?  If this is indeed true, wouldn't illegals be flooding Hawaii and requesting these documents?

I'm unaware of any scams like that.  I don't believe there is any merit to the birther conspiracy.  Some legitimate questions have been raised, but it's really a loser of an argument IMO.  

The issue of his birthplace has been settled.  Both Dr. Chiyome Fukino (former state department health director) and former Governor Lingle confirmed birth records exist, whatever those records are.  Neither woman is an Obama fan and had no reason to cover for him if some grand conspiracy existed.  In fact, Lingle took some heat for questioning his local roots (but not his birthplace).

I don't think that's really an issue.  Let's assume no long form BC exists and all they have are "notes."  It's still the state officials who have the final say on whether those notes constitutes sufficient records to confirm his birth in Hawaii.  And they've already had their say.

I wouldn't call definitive statements by a departmental director and the governor technicalities.  They're the only ones who can make the determination. 

Does not surprise me that he never stepped foot on the mainland till he was 18.  Not much different than many other kids born in Hawaii.  Why does that matter?

Problem is that obama wont release his records or authorize their release.  Ambercrombie set out to disprove the birthers' claims and threw his hands in the air and said he cant find a bc for obama either.

My birther motive is that if obama is subject to blackmail from other nations who know his real birth story - we deserve to know.

Where is the long form BC signed by a doc as to where he was born?   Hawaii officials say they never lost any records and the the next people in sequence to his birth records were born three days after his alleged number.

No they didn't say that.  You know why?  Because they can not legally disclose information about his original BC without his consent.  They produced the COLB with the information they have, they say it is official, you say it isn't.  You have no way of proving it isn't and they won't tell you what it is due to privacy law.  Please stop making things up like they said they don't have it.  The governor never said he couldn't find it, just that he went as far as he could without consent, meaning he can not release it or have access to it without Obama's consent.  The same way he i can not access your birth records without your consent.
