My motto is if you walk into a gym and it doesn't have a ham/glute raise.....leave!

We got one of these:

but none of the assholes at my gym (including myself) know how to use it?

Please share!

My gym has to be a floppy cock free gym.

Erections required even when squatting.

price = P
equipment = E
location = L
no tappouters = t
rush hour =r

(-r(P+E) *(-t))/ L)

 ;)

so whats the deciding criteria then? above 1? below 1? greater/less than?  ;D

it used to be back in the day...."if the DB's don't go to 200 it ain't a real gym. ..........aaaaaarrrrgggh hhh!!!!"

These days I want a reasonably quiet, well equipped gym....respectable looking clientele and nice facilities ....no more "hardcore" filthy dumps for me. You couldn't pay me to work out at Metroflex or Temple gym

I've trained at Temple Gym since 1996 (back when Dorian was still winning his O's) but only last month I finally left there to join a new gym because the place has gone downhill - a lot of the equipment keeps breaking, most of the new members treat the place like shit, and I almost broke my neck when I tripped over a dumbell that someone had left lying because they were too lazy to put it away - amazing how people are strong enough to get the dumbells off the rack to train their egos but can't find the energy to place them back. They got rid of the 200lb dumbells quite a few years ago. Dorian doesn't care about it anymore because it doesn't really make any money anyway. The only thing I miss about the place is that I met some good guys there over the years and the ones that have been there the longest treat the place with respect and train hard and can have a laugh at the same time.

Please tell me that you would hit that croatch
Are you kidding...I'd choke her, make her apologize for getting fake tits, then fill her throat with man juice.
So yeah.  Thought fake tits are disgusting, along with the attention whoring personality that usually accompanies them...of course I'd hit it.

1) lots of space

2) wide variety of equipment, preferably hammer and cybex

3) 2-3 sets of dumbells for each weight increment, and at least up to 120's

4) 2-3 sets of benches, squat racks, smith machines, chairs. etc.

5) hot chicks.
