Thats not the issue, the issue is an active member (notice how I refrain from calling him an athlete) of the IFBB/NPC is involved in illegal activity and GOT CAUGHT on a felony charge. Besides being reprimanded by the law, he should also be reprimanded by the people who he's supposed to represent. As for a sensible drug policy? Try to convince a judge that smoking dope or alcohol is less dangerous than gear...it's ain't gonna happen.

No, I think it should be an independent group that has conclusive studies where the use of gear being safe outweighs that of pot, alcohol and other, more damaging drugs. The panel should consist of experts (real experts not bodybuilding "gurus") doctors, mainly endocrinologists, not just GP's or life extension doctors.
