  If those are real plates, then he's easily one of the top 10 benchers in the World given he benched that weight raw. He could probably bench 675 lbs for a single.

i always get an 8 year old to spot me when I do big benches.   They give pretty good lift-offs as well.

i think i have read more excuses on why or how that cant be real than a actual compliment, is it that hard to believe that someone can be that strong? gym i worked at when i was 19, dude there was not as big as this guy but could bench almost that, and there were NO fake plates lol
