Federal Judge drops steroid charge against Barry Bonds

Complete waste of tax dollars.  Defense Attorney now isn't going to call any witnesses.  Bonds could still be convicted but with that charge gone, its highly unlikely

Did you even read the story?  They dropped one of the five charges.  He could still be convicted of any one of the other four including:

- Lying about knowingly receiving steroids from his trainer
- Lying about receiving HGH from his trainer
- Lying about anyone injecting him other than his doctor
- General obstruction of justice

which all have different forms of evidence than the one that was dropped.  This is not a "grrr steroids!" case, it is a "lied to a grand jury" case.

whats the time period between the two photos,if more than a couple years you wouldnt even need over the counter supplements,just hard training and the right kinda diet.

Looks like a teenager in the first pic, compared to a picture of him as a grown man. Of course theres going to be a size and maturity difference.

Its doubtful because when a judge dismisses a charge after the prosecution rests their case. It pretty much places a huge reason of doubt into the mix.  Not only that, none of these charges are perjury.  The Defense didn't even bother to call any witnesses because of this so after the closing arguments, this will pretty much be over with.  


Bonds isn't going to get any time whatsoever even if he gets convicted which at this point, I'd seriously doubt.
