i train @ this gym where 90% members are homosexual.
this straight guy, who is Pro size, and the biggest guy in the gym-around 290 pounds and huge, approx 5foot 11 inches, tells me the other day after his workout he had a shower in the male showers.

there are 10 showers in a line with no seperate booths or doors.
He goes to the end shower in the corner and starts his shower. 2 minutes later this guy comes in and proceeds to go to the shower next to the big guy when all the other showers are empty.
the big guy has his back turned but can see int he mirrors the other guy keeps staring and trying to look @ his genitals. nothing is said though.

the big guy immediately ends his shower and gets out of the shower with towel wrapped around him waist.

the big guy said the guy who came in to the showers looked like a homosexual and he saw him hugging and kissing another guy int eh gym earlier after their workout.

doe sthe big guy have a case for sexual harassment against him?

I watched a creepy old man taking pictures of little girls on the street. We called the cops and cops made him delete the pics but said he isn't committing any crimes and that anyone can takes pictures of anything in public. Seemed awfully wrong to me.
