I couldn't be less down on DR. He's proven, and I don't know that there's a single offensive player in the country I'd rather have on my team.

I'm down, way down, on taking the B10 Offensive Player 'o the year and trying to make him something he's not.

I'm even further down on the most painfully senseless football-related thing I've heard in the past few years on this board or from the U-M program: Denard taking snaps from under center, dropping back 7 steps, and learning to be a pocket passer in a pro style system will "prepare him for the next level".

Seriously, note to Coach Borges: you inherited a Heisman candidate at the QB position, and your only job is to prepare him for this level. You have zero, less than zero, responsibility to prepare him for the next level.

To paraphrase from Al Pacino to Kevin Spacey in Glengarry Glen Ross:

"Your job is to help Denard, not to fuck him up. Is that clear to you?"

He has to learn how to be a QB! RR just runs QB'S and basically never teaches them anything, at all. RR always had Denard in the Shotgun and that is nice, but is not what works in the Big Ten. I am more interested in seeing Mattison turn this defense around! Goin back to the 4-3 instead of that 3-3-5 which was more like a 4-2-5.

"Gerg" Robinson had no clue what he was doing, but it was not his fault entirely because RR did not know how to recruit defense. It's kinda funny because RR was a walk on CB at W.V.U and could not give two shits about defense.

You win Ball games with Defense and not have Wisconsin run 34 plays and 33 of them are running plays.

"Gerg" Robinson and RR made no adjustments.

I have been posting on many MICHIGAN blogs today! Hoke, Mattison, Ferringo,..etc have been doing a hell of a job recruiting and getting top kids from OHIO. OHIO is a top state to recruit talent from! Hoke has pulled in the three top nations Line Backers! I already fucking love this guy! It does not hurt having Mattison who coached the Baltimore Ravens defense as our defensive coordinator.

This guy talks about "Delievering a Blow" every time you hit someone.

Well, Hoke is a defensive coach and is really recruiting in Ohio and that is what RR did not focus on.
