A few yrs back I went to the Jos A. Bank outlet (their headquarters is here in Md, outside of Baltimore), I picked up a  suit  a shirt, and a tie, and a pair pants, all for a little over 200 dollars...I rocked out of there like I had the deal of the century. I get compliments on the tie and shirt combo

My friend went to Kent in Chicago. He is an assistant DA.. lockin brothas up...hahaha

jos a bank outlet, Damn i bet thats nice. My friend went to Neiman Marcus and got that suit and coat and i was with him feelin sick.. he drops over a rack and i could have paid for 5 suits for that..hahahahah.. i need to be rich soon

He'll soon be at a lucrative firm or private practice---and wearing a Breguet he bought himself as a present.

Most people don't pay attention what suit you are wearing, especially women---it's like knowing that she is wearing designer shoes.


Actually, now that things are lax, you can wear a striped shirt with a stripe suit---it used to be a no no for wearing a stripe shirt with stripe tie as well (too many freaking stripes)...

When things are lax, you can wear jeans and sandals. That doesn't make you look professional.
Designer isnt a big issue, fit and style is. Cheap suits fit like cheap suits.  Even when tailored.
Yes, chicks do know what you are wearing. Just like they know what you drive. It is in their nature.

They pay attention to ties, but don't know how to pick one out--"yes, my husband wears this, I'll get this type", I've helped several women out at Banks and Brooks Bros and Macy's picking out ties (and got a few numbers). Just as women pick things for the type of meeting, conference, date, work, etc, many women don't think men take that in account.

Just dropped $300 on a Ralph Lauren suit at Macys, even with the sale I still went over budget lol!

Whatever, took us a while but finally found one that fits well and looks great, I can even pull it off without getting it tailored!
