Yes I do. Everyday.  Done it for years.
I heat it (metal) with my hairdryer.  Works great!

Supposedly they are less harsh on your lashes....have you heard anything about them?

I've been using the basic 'ol metal curler since high school.  Works just fine.

I usually use a mechanical one and can def. tell a difference if I use it or not.
