train most them once per week, legs I train twice having lower back issues I cant squat heavy anymore so do more sets less weight

ha, I once got flamed to hell  when I started a thread stating that I trained each body part just once per week. But seems like every strong dude in this board follows the same or very similar split. Eat this suckas  ;D

LOL   When was that? 60s?
Training bodypart once a week has been pretty common practice for long time now..
