For me working chest and back short works better then long workouts. Enormous pumps with long workouts but I actually see less results with the longer workouts.
While on the other hand the short workouts with arms, shoulders and legs don't do too much for me and the longer workouts (high volume sets and/or reps) work great and actually give me better visible results then the short (supersets) workout.
I guess to each their own, try both and see what works for you instead of going by theories.

first time seeing the pics: I've seen a few pics of che and always thought he looked great. great asthetics and muscle shape,. impressive.. Groink is groink, I would be curious to see what would look like if he really abused himself in his younger days and could go back in time . Probably would of looked like a better version of Kuclo, shape wise they are similar but he is much denser.... would have made a damn good pro IMO. But I doubt he would look like he does at 46 had he pursued that route when he was in his young days
