Mine suck to. You're born with them or not. You can make them look okay but you have to have the genetics to blow them up. If I gain ten pounds they get a little bigger but my peak is terrible. My arms are to damn long.

a little under 18" in the first one... sadly, all arms... no chest, back, quads, hams, traps, or calves, ugly as shit, and i smell of foot fungus

the most common question i get about the second one is "where's your elbow??" LOL!

i think i need to get rid of more water than fats.. i made a test recently and my bf% was 11-12% in all my body except my lower abs which was higher.. and my body contains extra 5 kilos of water according to this test!!..
