Buselmo imo looks pretty hard to beat in this thread arm wise he has some guns thats for sure. Also he may use a fair amount of gear but not like some of the others in the gh slin department.

thanks man, i took 2 more crappy cell phone pics today, im posting them. the lighting sucked, so one pic is normal, the other one is black and white, maybe the contrast can give a better picture.

like i said in a my other post, i still havent begun watching my sodium, so i know i hold a bit water and can be more tight ( no homo), but for now, it is what it is...compared to the other pic i posted from 3 weeks ago, i think you can see some improvements in terms of definition

and as far as The Wire goes, that show never gets old man.. i have all 5 seasons on my computer, i just import the whole directory into VLC media player and it randomly starts some episode of some season, and it doesnt matter to me, i will sit and watch it. Its the most underrated show of all time

yup.....I DVRed them all in HD years ago...and everyone knows to not dare delete them..ha ha

I'm the same way...I watch them all the time...the level of writing and acting in that show is head and shoulders over any other show to date...it's so rich in detail, and every storyline is engrossing

yeah i hear ya.. The Wire is on a totally different scale compared to all the crap tats on TV now.. as far as acting goes, its even hard to pick out the best actor, between Bubbles, Marlo, McNulty,Avon,Strnger,Omar,Bodie.... some of them dont have alot of screen time relatively speaking, but they act so fricking believable... as far dialouge goes, i can say its pretty flawless. The scenes are mere perfection, not too long, not too short

one other show that comes close to wire ( but never as good as the wire) is Breaking Bad, im not sure if youve seen it or not.. The scenes on that are sometimes too long, but the dialouge is great, and the story seems believable... as much as i want to say i wish there was a season 6 of the wire, i just cant think of how the storyline wouldve been.. they touched on all aspects of the city...

lol, i have a friend who i used to train with who claims absolutely all natural. He reps 315 on bench with ease and first time deadlifting pulled 185kg pretty easy. I told him that he must either be on gear or a genetic elite (this guy comes into the gym and has no plan does whatever he fancies, doesn't eat properly and is only 19) but his response was : "I just put the work in". When I asked his friend why hes progressed so fast he just responded that it was cause he worked so hard. Such bullshit. If you guys saw this guy he looks better than 99% of our gym. Lean and insane arms and chest. I have a russian friend who diets consistently and went on some decent zambon winstrol and still he doesn't touch this guy.

The funnier thing is a before picture 1 year before training of him skinny as fuck with a six pack and after with an alpha male physique. Not to be racist but black guys are always the ones who constantly deny steroid use and will never admit it to anyone.
