Ok so here is what I have been seeing: Natural peanut butter is awesome while on keto, so awesome that every fucking body overeats the shit.

you say 1 tablespoon and they eat a TABLESPOON

haha

fuck peanut butter, put oil in your diet instead

I also have no self control with the peanut butter shiznit  Grin

I do some diets for friends and my girlfriend also ( I hate when she wants to diet tho because it seems to me the only fat she lose is in her tits and she is already skinny anyway)

and men in thong also overeat on peanut butter

I use the same trick when dieting. I don't buy PB, I simply can't handle it lol.

Switch to eggs or oil and you wont have the same problem.

Ban PB..Eat real peanuts instead...I eat 1/2 jar at a time while on a Keto diet. To easy to overdo it with natty PB.
