I am on my forth week of P90X and I have lost 13 pounds so far,the workouts are intense !I have also been sneaking into the gym here and there and I have gained strenght as well as leaned up.
 Go for bulk in the cold months and do p90x towards the summer if you start now you will hit your peak just in time to hit the beach.
