natural training allows 20lbs gain at max for almost everyone

just a little steroids (eg 250 mg test e6d) with 2h training aweek build more muscle than all posible nutrition supps and training natty

top level competitors since early 60s are all drugs

60s were steroids
70s were more steroids and some cadaver gh
80s grams of roids and lots of sythetic gh
90s and insulin and maxing out dosages but with foundation
2000s jump right on max dosages of everything at 20yrs old after 5 month of training (only available money/suorce is the limit)

i know for the purists, ronny is crushing him in that pic...

but to be honest, he doesnt beat him for width, arms , chest.... his actual quad depth stands up, altho he's raped on sheer leg size..

i know what id rather look like for sure..

If there was a actually Ronnie (2001) standing next to that circa Arnold, it would be crushing, especially in the arms and legs dept...the only thing Arnold could do was hope that there was a black curtain behind them, and "fool" Ronnie into leaving the stage early...Oh, that Arnold, always a sneaky devil, isn't he?

Besides pure size, if they had a contest for biggest belly and least aesthetically pleasing physique, Ronnie would win that too.

Arnold has a "portable" physique, Ronnie doesn't... I think that bbing needs to "reverse" to that era, when bbers actually ran in the beach and were athletic... lol today they are not...
