Saturated Fat - True Adonis?
« on: April 10, 2011, 11:18:59 PM »
I just watched this documentary on Netflix called 'Fat Head'.  It's basically a response to the retarded, unscientific Morgan Spurlock documentary 'Super Size Me'.

This guy basically advocated Adonis Principles (which have worked great for me).

He claimed (along with a few doctors) that there is no proof that saturated fat is harmful, and that it's actually beneficial.  He proved this on his McDonald's diet, and than went on an even higher fat diet and his cholesterol improved even more.

He claims that the Lipid theory is bogus, and that people evolved to eat animal products, and low glycemic foods, and function best this way.

Since starting the Adonis principles a while back, I've mainly had big breakfasts of eggs, and bacon.  I feel better and function better, and lose fat faster this way.

Check this documentary out.
