1/18/10 You need to be careful with this. If your prolapse strangulates and the blood supply gets cut off, the tissue can necrose (die). This could cause gangrenous tissue, dumping bacteria into your blood.

This person has a legitimate question and I don't think the hostility towards her is warranted. I just asked a very similar question regarding two young girls who were engaged in anal sex for the sole purpose of causing the rectum to protrude. Why anyone would want to engage in this activity is not for me to decide but rather I was worried that these two girls may be injuring themselves which is the question I just posed.
