I've seen the young pix of Ray, Priest, Cutler, and Haney.  Where are the young pix of Ian Harrison...?  I've never seen those.

I recently spoke with some personal friends of Steve Reeves and an interesting discussion developed which may be appropriate to mention here.

In general it went something like this .....

Steve had an exceptional build when he was a teenager and throughout his younger years.

But there were other guys on  the West Coast (and more than likely throughout the US) who were just as impressive and possibly even better.

Burt those guys who were somewhat similar to Reeves or possibly even better never had a shirtless picture taken nor were they willing to have a picture taken in their "underwear", nor have any idea of what competitive bodybuilding was all about.

And most who were aware of bodybuilding competitions back then thought is was foolish to appear in public in 'Speedos".

SO they say that there were/are many others who were/are as good as or possibly even better than Reeves but had/have no desire to show the world what lies beneath their shirts.

"If you got it, flaunt it!" was/is not everyone's modus operandi.
