Very. I remember back in 1993 I saw Lex Lugar training chest. The guy was HUGE and RIPPED beyond belief. He was doing incline barbell bench presses for chest. He warmed up with 2 plates aside and did 4 working sets with 3 plates per side for sets of 8 clean reps. These guys are on a plane constantly, no sleep, sore from taking bumps, etc and they still get into the gym and hit it hard. They are larger than life.
