I filled in on a woodbat softball team...tough to hit!
.....regular team scrimmage on Sunday....season starts 4/29.
I tried hitting with a wooden bat. Couldn't do it. One of my teammates had this huge bat from Chicago that must have been about 40+ oz. |

I've heard about those in NJ. Is the ball called a kapoc? I played in Chicago once with the 16 inch ball they use and no gloves. Now that sucked. |

Haha! practice was in 15-20mph winds going out...had a few balls I thought were easy catches go over my head  .....but I did put one out. |

whenever i go to the batting cages i always mess around in the slow pitch softball one. Its like the easiest one to hit man!  get it together, son! |
