Back in the day the people on the alpha's were judged by their wit and creativity, I think we lost something when the whole "post your pic" thing came along. Now we have countless posters with 10,000+ posts who don't say a thing or are even mildly funny or entertaining. Posters used to have to prove their merit through cunning and quick wit ( run the V board gauntlet), we lost that edge, nows it's all personal with people's family getting exposed

no the gimmicks ruined it people were making accounts just to attack peoples wives gf etc

the pic rule was a good idea it got rid of some anonymous cu nts
