I will say that having met Phil before, he is a nice guy.  He comes off as a little arrogant, but if you talk to him about the IFBB, competitions or even other competitors, he will be straight with you.

I can respect that. Woman get pissed when you do not notice that they got their hair done, nails, clothes, feet, tan,..etc. I just never pay any attention to that crap. Whenever Phils name pops up..you always see comments about his "width" and "weak" chest, usually from permabulkers thinking that "width" is something, because themselves are fat as fuck they think they are "wide" lol, fools. Heath has NO weak points and will become Mr Olympia.

For some people it is not important, but to me personal grooming is a very important criteria.  I am not the sort to get a manicure, but I do think combing your hair, shaving (or trimming a beard), cutting nails regularly, clipping ear/nose hair, etc. is something people should pay attention to--especially as you get older.  Being 22 and disheveled can be sexy.  Being old and disheveled just makes you a troll.  This is true for men and women!
