The best way to help end the deficit
« on: April 14, 2011, 01:58:49 AM »
Here is an easy way to knock 7 billion a year off the deficit:

Ivory Coast — $138M

Democratic Republic of the

Congo — $213M

Ethiopia — $584M

Ghana — $175M

Kenya — $714M

Liberia — $219M

Malawi — $179M

Mali — $169M

Mozambique — $415M

Namibia — $103M

Nigeria — $648M

Rwanda — $241M

Senegal — $137M

South Africa — $586M

Sudan — $440M

Tanzania — $550M

Uganda — $480M

Zambia — $409M

Indonesia — $228M

Why are my tax dollars subsidizing the college educations of students that live on a continent where cannibalism, civil war and the AIDS virus are the main attractions? Students in this country can't read or write, but the piece of shit Democratic party wants no accountability for teachers. The solution? “For Kenyan [college] participants, the U.S. government pays the graduate program tuition of $3,261 per semester and room and board of approximately $1,575 per semester,” the document continues. “Participants also receive a stipend of approximately $441 per month as a maintenance allowance and $525 for health insurance. In Malawi, the U.S. government pays the tuition of $1,675 per term plus an additional $945 for room and board. Participants also receive a maintenance allowance of $300 per month.

I'm ok with slashing most foreign aide.

You can't give out money when you have nothing to give.
