Dumbells Shrug from 30 kg to 20kg,and i doing 10-15 giant-sets (with up-right rowing,side-raise,machine press)
i favour high sets,full-range motion,try no-rest between sets,and most important - ALWAYS SLAM THE WEIGHTS!!

172.5 cm now and 86-88 kg only. i have been tring to bulk up since 40 years ago, but never reach to 90 kg(200lbs) in my bodybuilding life
