Lol I remember this guy posted on nasser's web (he posted this pic too), he was from argentina I think, and he wrote in spanish, now that was some extremely schmoe stuff! lol, something like "I wish I could met in you person and hug you, touch your biceps, etc"  :-X  You know, another team nasser member  ;D

In all seriousness, I'd be interested to know his ab routine. With such diasastrous ab genetics, he still managed to produce a little midsection definition. I'm sure the man knows more about ab training than most other people. Shame he just didn't have the cells there.
