yes, exactly..I haven't seen good cocaine in years here in the NY/CT area...However, you can always extract the "active" from the shit fairly easily.

Dealers are so desperate that sometimes there only a hint of cocaine, Tootpaste, Benzocaine, crushed up aspirin, etc

yeah... everyone dissed cocaine here in finland; "Oh I never got anything from it, it's crap!", they had no idea what they were talking about, obviously NOT cocaine, as you mentioned it's allways mixed crap!

Never tried that shit ever before my trip to venezuela... I tell you it's the white gold! You become a super self, without shakyness and nervousness, it's just plain happy, satisfyed and fired up energy! it's awesome!
