i eat every 2 hours but i still have the hardest time putting on weight.
It doesnt help that my job is very labour intensive and i burn so many calories throughout the day.
The main reason i want to stay away from (test/deca/dbol etc etc) is that im very acne prone.
When i did my test cycles i got crazy acne....it was pretty bad.
But i totally hear what u guys are saying.....ill try to up my food intake ALOT more.
Maybe consider doing GH when im a bit older.
