moderate carb diet? how low is moderate?

hi everyone! trying to lose the bodyfat, keep the muscle and bodyweight, doing high protein ( i weigh 220) and doing roughly 250 to 300 grams of protein a day, but not positive as to where my carb intake should be in grams? i know anything under 100 is considered very low and not healthy every day of your life perhaps only when you in contest up on stage shape should you be going under 100 carb grams ( and lower if no carbs at all). so for my plan i was thinking daily in the neighborhood of 150 to 200 grams of carbs per day?

maybe on lifting days 200 grams of carbs and on cardio days only drop it down to 150? i superset chest and back on mondays, legs and shoulders on wednesday and biceps/triceps on friday. tuesday, thursday and saturday cardio for roughly 25 minutes and then ab and core exercises.

weigh around 220 and my bodyfat is high around 20 to 23 %? goal is to like everyone build muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time!?!

ultimate goal is to be 205-210 at 10 % bodyfat year round.
