What kind of numbers you putting up on squats?
I'll be honest I am lazy but at one stage was capable of around 475lbs then I got lazyCan rep 405 for 8-10 without murdering myself.

Trying to max out and go for single or doubles on the flat bench is a great way to injure yourself. I never go for maximum lifts. There's no benefit and it puts you at risk of injury.

yeah i could but dont do it cuz id fuck up my knee if i did. i do hack squats and have gone as heavy as 800lbs for 3 sets of 8, down to bottom of the machine and all the way back up every rep.
