What kind of numbers you putting up on squats?

I'll be honest I am lazy but at one stage was capable of around 475lbs then I got lazy

Can rep 405 for 8-10 without murdering myself.

When younger, I was able to do 405 for 4-6, now I never go any higher than 225 for high reps.  If I even pretend to go upwards in the 300+ range, I fear that I will tear a muscle.

I've found that sticking to strict form and really feeling out the reps has allowed me to gain some ground.

Trying to max out and go for single or doubles on the flat bench is a great way to injure yourself.

I never go for maximum lifts. There's no benefit and it puts you at risk of injury.

Funny cause I'm pretty sure hack squats fucked my knee up once before.

Got a different style machine at this new gym, like a standing hack squat....haven't tried it yet.

No matter what you say, you will always be fatter and uglier than me.

 Therefore, i'm winning.

Bi-winning.... winning over here, winning over there.

But if it makes you feel better to brag about the fact that you have more mass, go ahead and do it. Nevermind that your mass is fat, at least it's there.

What he said....except i dont like the penis.  ;D

I may do a little heavier than 225 though for working sets.

I've been digging floor presses, power rack work and timed sets lately....doing a little more challenging  stuff than the usual 15-12-10-8 Rep scheme.

I'm training with an ex div-1 linebacker. He has all of these workouts written down from his strength coaches, so I'm taking them and putting a BBing spin on them. We are busting ass pretty good
