Few years ago used to workout off and on with my buddy Tiny Meeker who was more dwarfish then most but fat as can be as well. He would play around with 500 like it was nothing and every now and then film videos at the gym doing 600+ just as an everyday workout.

Havnt talked to him in years now but he was pushin up 800ish with 1 ply shirts last i remember.

Man he must have been every bit of 350 or 400. Never talked about his body weight back in the day. He wasn't too tall roughly 5'8 or 5'9, depending on shoes i guess but he sure was fat and had a belly on him.

I remember he used to drive an eclipse and it was sooo funny watching him get in and out of the car. His belly would always make it difficult.

If I had such huge belly that allowed me to only perform 20% of the benching movement, and also added a sweet bouning effect, I would be pressing 600lbs like paper brah

knew a guy in highschool weight around 170, benched 300+
