Actually I waiting for the next inept president (hopefully a Repblican) so you can pour the same amount of energy into him as well, if only to prove to myself you are fair and equal in your treatment of them all.

Never in my lifetime has one POTUS made it his concerted effort to collapse the nation like obama has.

Please - GMAFB - even today this communist asshole and traitor is downplaying the S&P downgrading.

 ::)  ::)

The POTUS sets the tone for the nation and if he knowingly accepts being a puppet for unknown forces - he is just as culpable.

This is by far without even a close second - the worst admn of my lifetime.   You seriously cant make up how awful this asshole YOU LEFTISTS VOTED FOR is.

Not so hot, but our problems will be solved if we raises taxes on "the rich."

I did not vote for Obama and I think he is terrible, far from the worst POTUS ever though. I think they all suck on balance. I guarantee whoever replaces him will be just as bad.

Did The President's Disastrous Budget Speech Cause The Shock US Downgrade?
Business Insider ^ | 04/18/2011 | Joe Weisenthal

The merits of the S&P outlook downgrade aside -- we're skeptical -- it's interesting that the official downgrade announcement specifically talks about the political events of the past few weeks: The Ryan Plan and the Obama speech.

One charge that's been leveled against the President is that he didn't actually introduce a plan, but rather gave a campaign speech centered around accusing the GOP of throwing grandma and grandpa underneath the bus.

As such, the two parties have confirmed that they're extremely far apart, and it's this that the S&P seems to be reacting to.

Forget where I saw or heard this but, but basically said if the government confiscated 100% of the income in the US it would only come out to 2.5 trillion and how much is the budget again?

Yep.  I heard Stuart Varney say either last night or this morning that to even make a dent we would have to tax "the rich" at about 80+ percent and everyone else at over 60 percent.  Only downfall is the economy would crash. . . .
