Yep, both have peaks, but only your first pic shows up, and that pic shows a double peak or slit bicep, like Ronnie Coleman, Boyer Coe and Melvin Anthony....

both biceps have peaks, but you are prolly mistakening attributing a split bicep-or double peak (a peak ontop of a peak) for a "peak"

He has the most disproportionately small traps I've ever seen.
