Howdy, Bob! Good luck on the forthcoming Mr A.
How are you associated with that contest and can you give us a brief summary on how the MR AMERICA title came back from obscurity?
My limited recollection was baqck when the AAU and the newly formed NPC fought over the rights to that title and when it went to the AAU it soon disappeared completely and the NPC rose to boundless heights with the understanding that the term "Mr." could not be used in any NPC titles.
As I said ... my memory is limited in this respect but I'd sure like to read an update.
Any input you could provide would be sincerely appreciated.
And ... this may be my fault but I have a difficult time recalling the names of any recent Mr. America winners. Why is that? Which magazines cover the Mr America contest?
Also ... last question ... Who was the last BB who held the Mr America title before the rights to use that tiitle were lost by the NPC?
I THINK that the answer to that question is "GARY LEONARD", but I could be wrong.
