Wasn't This Always The Case???

Fox News host Glenn Beck is considering starting a comedy show he claims would rival Jon Stewart of The Daily Show and Stephen Colbert on Comedy Central. Cenk Uygur gives his take.

Beck is a cut-up, which is why his radio show is better than his TV show.

Part of the reason Beck is leaving his TV show is that he feels he can only do so much, in his current format. He's focusing on the internet and a potential comedy show, to reach more youth.

It certainly isn't due to competition from the hacks of MSNBC (even in his down months, his ratings crush MSNBC and CNN combined).

This. I'm no Beck defender but his radio show (when on the tracks) is pretty good most of the time. I never watched his show so I won't miss it.

But really, it's kinda sad/lame that you're using Cenk as your new YouTube vanguard. The guys a partisan hack and loves to take things out of context....just like all the other media types that you love to bash.

He's the new liberal-goofie flavor-of-the-month, since Chris Matthews has the "thrill up my leg" thing cornered.
