I guess 130x10 or 140'sx8

After flat bench and incline barbell I us the 120's for sets of 10+
good presses goudy dont you find dumbell presses help increase your bench over time

Have to say I'm surprised that goudyursus can control two dumbbells simultaneously without blowing a mental gasket.

Yea whenever I do them and do them 'heavy' for reps feels much better when I bench. Started chinning again and find that is helping my bench press.

120 lb dumbbels for 6 on incline.    i found that weight doesnt matter as much for chest as reps do... chest movements activate my delts a lot.. matter of fact a cpl of ppl i know have good chest development who rarely if ever actually train chest rather than just pumping it up if they need too.

135lbs for 8 solid reps on dumbell presses today.

Chest workout was this..
Flat dumbell presses
80lbs.. 3rd warm up set..
110lbs x 12 reps
120 x 10 reps
135 x 8 reps

Decline Barbell bench presses
135 warm up
265 x 12 reps
315 x 4 reps (I did Decline bench last week as the first exercise and got 315 for 8 reps on the last set and wanted to see if I could reach the same or close enough with it being the 2nd exercise this week). I also twanged something in my inner chest on this set, that made me stop on the 4th rep, I wouldve only got another one or two forced reps out anyway.

Incline Machine Press (wouldve done a free weight exercise if it werent for the twang)
2 working sets, 10 reps for both

Incline Flyes (Not too heavy, didnt want to strain the chest anymore than I had, so I just fluffed about, normally can go up to 100lbs for 8 or so reps)
Warmup
70lbs x 12 reps
80lbs x 12 reps

Intense workout man

Tonight was an easy one after I strained my chest, haha, I was pissed off.

Last week I did

Decline Bench - 4 sets.

Incline Dumbell Presses, 2 working sets, 110lbs for 10 reps on the last (suprising how Decline movements if done first will affect the poundages later in the workout, I saw Dorian recommending this on youtube)

Machine Chest Presses, 2 working sets

Flat Dumbell Flys, supersetted with Barbell Presses, 2 working sets, last set was be 90lbs for 10 reps, then 165 for 15-20 reps

Cable Crossovers - 2 Sets, last being a dropset, 10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps for a total of 30 on the last set.

Then a little bit of Triceps in addition to my Bi/Tri day.

I never saw the point of declines. Bench will promote just as much growth in that area without the shorter ROM of the decline.

Decline Dumbells are the way, go as deep as you want, and less shoulders in the movement and more chest.

Yeah less shoulder so safer, but shorter ROM so im not convinced. Maybe i'll give them a try though..

Can press heavier but no access to heavier bells

Put some food on the dumbell to make it heaviar, then you can eat as you rep out!  Kills two birds with one stone. ;D

TRue, most guys use them. But who am i to say if not? Its a slow road without them, ive seen guys grow as much in 12 weeks as it took me 3-4 years clean. But i like the steady life anyway.

The gains you make natural will stay with you years after you've gone off. The gains you make on gear are temporary. And the more muscle you put on without gear the better off you are in the long run, and the easier it will be to blow up and get huge when you do run shit.

I should reword that and make a nursery rhyme out of it.

That's your opinion... And your untitled to it
But I am natural
I don't gauge myself on what anyone else does...
I find it interesting how you can sit probably 1000's of miles away from and tell me what I'm doing
So please tell me this please tell what numbers are natural so I can lose some muscle to fit the criteria
Some of you guys are really sad individuals.
I've been here for years when I weighed 170 before I posted a pic and when I said I could lift this or that it's was BULLSHIT I've posted vids and pics to back up every claim have you ever even posted a picture???
This forum is just amazing at times thankfully their are a few guys here who actually do lift and contribute... And aren't here to belittle other people.
