Question about Cardio 4 Pros...GH 15

Just wondering if you could explain somthing to me...
Why is it that you say while taking lots of tren ace, and gh that the fat will just melt off without doing any cardio what so so ever, even when calories are not clean.  Why would pros need to do any cardio if this is the case, and duretics are used before competition ??

everyone does cardio before a show-thats  if you want to be in shredded condition.some guys think that if you do enough gh and cytomel its not needed.you still need some to get that last bit of fat off to get that shredded look...the thing is that not everyone needs to do 1 hour of cardio 2 x daily..you need to figure that out..some guys only do 30-40 min some guys do upto 2 hours daily..and its not really CARDIO..its just enough to burn fat..yes alot of things come into factor as far as drugs..but I have never known any pro or top amatuer who did no cardio and looked good on stage...so you need to find that balance. to much can be bad and not enough could be useless..do it in the morning before your first meal start at 30 min and go from there..bump it up as needed..dont do more then 45-60 min per session..if needed add a evening session in also..if your getting close to your show and leaning out to much just pull back on the cardio..sometimes at that point just one short session in the morning is enough..

also if you use angelina for 30 minutes a day and pound her good its better then insulina, you will def shed a few lb's

that is exactly CORRECT,,

the probem is you fellas get bunk gear,,underdosed gear,,you get shit poweders,,you dont know what you buy because you count on shiney label and dont really know th ecook or the source of raw,,you also dont have connection in many cases into the top,,you need to be around for quite some time inorder to get the real deal ,,either have sponsor who has connection and does it for you when you are 20s...or if not sponsor with time...you yoursefl will get in the loop but it will take good number of years until you conect with a serious chef...

all this take time,,fellas like the coach didnt get it ,,they dont get what they say ,,they talk out of their ass


you do not need cardio what so ever,,but! i did say many time that between 6 percent and 4 % which is stage ,,yuo wil need some cardio,,if you want to get under 4.5 % which is VERY VERY VERY HARD you need some cardio with lots of anabolics that i kept mentioning their names,,


trust me on that friends,,if you are 6% and you take masteron ....within 24 hours you will see difference in hardness and sharpness of physiqe you will get dry you will see that masteron is practically a diuretic and a conditioned drug ,,you will see it is the best anti estrogen ,,you will then understand why im shouting at you to not even bother with anti estrogen much,,and you will also see that half your gynos are nothing but fat and water you thought it was gyno...or if gyno it become small and you really see its nothing,,

the gyno you see around which are huge are on fellas who abuse the flying day light out of hormones to levels you will not believe even if i said it here,, so thats that

so as i said for the deaf and blind coach....walking 6% there is no need for cardio only trenbolona masterona gh for some time on and off depending on how watery one wanna look....

if want to go under 6% into the 4.5 zone and under you will need SOME CARDIO done with lots of drugs inorder to keep all size of muscle diameter while going into the death zone

i describe the death zone as < 4.5 % ,,

all the fellas you hear saying im 3% on stage like jason etc.....they are all 4% ,,the 3 % is a lie or as i call it an exagerasion of the truth ,,

bodybuild compete at 4-6% depending on the level of muscle on his body and the level of competition ...locals usually 5-6% ,,top competition amatuer and professional 4-5%

never under 4% ,,andreas was in the 3-4 and died

agreed.

the leaner you are the more siginifcant its results. i started it around 8% and wish now i would have waited till i was at the bf level im at now- im having some serious left elbow pain now from it which i could have avoided, and had the same end results by using it over less time, and a little smarter.

definitely a last 6 weeks compound.

This is part of the degradation of society.....find the easy way out. No one wants to work for anything anymore. When I say that bodybuilders of today don't train hard, even though I'm being sarcastic I not not wrong. I've said this before, bodybuilders of today couldn't hang for 5min with the real bodybuilders from anything before 1990. it's disgusting.

thats 4-5% yes,,but if this fella came into gym today lol i put 1000 americano dollars that the local gym guru would tell him he is 7% and just ned to lose little more fat lol

but yes this is 4-5% before the era of crazy veins and crazy products,,diuretic yes but not crazy protocols ,,

they put here chart not so long ago from other board with bodyfat percentage lol ,,according to that bodyfat percentage frank zane here is about 7-9% lol because thats how his abs show,,at the 7-9% level ,,WRONG this is 4-5% and very very good conditioning

Zane has a fantastic physique :) I think thats how most people would rather look
